SE 152nd Subdivision Development

Proposed development of an approximately 3.5-acre subdivision in outer SE Portland. The proposed site is a 10-acre undeveloped property with streams and a wetland, and development must meet all City of Portland environmental requirements due to the majority of the site being located within environmental conservation and environmental protection zones. Wildwood Environmental prepared the Environmental Review and Mitigation Plan for the proposed development, which describes how the development will minimize environmental impacts and how any unavoidable impacts will be mitigated by planting native vegetation throughout the environmental zones.
