BPA Hood River Loads Upgrade

Voltage upgrade for an existing line through a pear orchard with wetlands and a perennial stream running through the project area. Wildwood Environmental developed the ESCP and conducted regular site inspections to ensure project activities did not impact the wetlands or stream.
